Pipemason is a CLI-driven automation platform that executes programs across your codebase, tests, and infrastructure.

What is Pipemason?

Pipemason runs programs — structured collections of stories — against your repositories. Each story targets a specific domain (api, web, mobile, db) and progresses through a defined set of phases: plan, tdd, implement, verify.

Key concepts

Programs are the top-level unit of work. They group related stories and track progress across domains and phases. Runs are individual executions of a program.

Domains

Domains partition work by technology surface. Common domains include api, web, mobile, and db.

Getting started

To get started with Pipemason, install the CLI and follow the Quickstart guide. The CLI is the primary interface for creating and managing runs.
