Plans & billing

Pipemason has four plans. Every paid plan includes a 14-day trial, and billing is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial. A card is placed on file at signup, but you are not charged until day 15. An active or trialing subscription is also what authorizes the runner install token, so starting the trial is part of normal onboarding.

Manage billing

Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices in the Stripe Customer Portal, reachable from the dashboard. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing (at pipemason.com/dashboard/billing). From there you can upgrade, downgrade, update your card, and download invoices.

Upgrade or downgrade

Compare plans at pipemason.com/pricing and change plans from the billing page. Upgrading lifts your repo and run caps immediately. For Enterprise terms, contact sales@pipemason.com.

Cancel

You can cancel at any time through the Customer Portal. Use Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing to end your subscription.

Run and repo caps are enforced by plan. If you hit them you'll see run_quota_exceeded or repo_quota_exceeded — see Limits & quotas for details.
